Today Year 7 and Year 1 classes visited Eska Restaurant in Karlin.

In corporation with the Jamie Oliver Foundation, they worked in teams to learn about the process of baking bread including measuring ingredients, rolling and preparing the dough, and the chemical process of fermentation. Students were able to take part in the entire process from beginning to end, including the final step - eating their yummy loupáky!
