Kateřina Tylová

Kateřina graduated from the Faculty of Education of Charles University in the fields of history and social sciences. She also studied for one academic year at the University of Pisa as part of the Erasmus program. She has several years of experience in teaching at the second stage of primary school. She has a passion for history, especially the Middle Ages. She is also interested in modern history and has worked on the Stories of Our Neighbors project. She is still educating herself on the Holocaust via seminars at the Terezín Memorial. At Beehive, she teaches history, citizenship education and Czech language. In her free time she enjoys volleyball, outdoor activities and traveling, especially to places with interesting monuments and mountain peaks. She also applies her sporting and pedagogical experience in camp management.
