Petra Jelínková

Petra graduated from the Faculty of Education of the University of Ostrava - majoring in elementary school with English. As part of the Erasmus scholarship, she traveled for half a year to study at KATHO University in Belgium. After graduating she worked for five years as coordinator of Czech-English bilingual classes and lived in London for a year. After returning from abroad, she was given the opportunity to work on a new project for pre-school education. For the last two years, she worked at Montessori Monte School as deputy headmistress and teacher of 1st - 3rd grades. During her eight-year teaching experience, she completed a number of courses extending her teaching education. She enjoys personal development and is fulfilled by working with young children. She is a certified English teacher for Helen Doron Early English and completed a course of Jolly Phonics, Jolly Grammar, and Cambridge Testing for Young Learners. She is a graduate of the Step by Step educational program, Montessori Pedagogy, and Professor Hejny Methods of Mathematics. Since her early childhood she has devoted herself to ice skating and has performed in musicals on ice. She loves to live an active way of life, spending free time with her family and friends. He loves travel, culture, sports and delicious food.
